Dispatch time
On the product page, you’ll see if a product is available or if dispatch will take longer. We always ship complete orders, so if one item has a longer preparation time, it may delay the whole order. When all items are available, we typically dispatch
Shipping costs
Standard shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free for orders over CHF 69. Below that, shipping costs CHF 12.90 and is sent by Swiss Post.

We ship with Die Schweizerische Post in Switzerland. For all other international orders, the local carrier may take over delivery within the destination country.
How to track an order
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a delivery tracking number. You will receive regular tracking updates until your parcel reaches its destination. If you can’t find the tracking notification
